Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
I mainly work with clients that are young adult to adult. I do work with adolescent clients on a case by case basis, but I do not work with children. Currently, I see both individuals and couples.
What type of therapist are you?
My style could be described as eclectic, but I find myself mainly using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory with clients. Of course, I try to meet clients where they are at with modalities that work for them.
What is the cost of therapy?
My cost per session is $110 for both couples and individuals. I do offer a free 15 minute consultation for clients to decide if we would be a good therapeutic fit. I also always have at least a few spots available that go towards sliding scale pricing.
Do you accept insurance?
Presently, I am able to accept United Healthcare, Cigna and Aetna for telehealth sessions. I am in the process of increasing the insurance options I can provide to clients.
Additionally, I am always happy to provide a detailed invoice for you to submit to your insurance if they reimburse out-of-network care.
Where is your office?
My main office is located in Littleton just off of Broadway and Dry Creek.
